US Shipments Are Officially Resuming

U.S. shipments are resuming. We have corrected the documentation issue that caused the original customs hold, changed how we fulfill U.S. orders, and are now shipping directly from Canada with all duties and tariffs covered. This update explains what changed, how fulfillment works now, and what is coming next.

1. What's Changed

As we covered in our previous update, a portion of our U.S.-bound inventory was detained by CBP at the border due to a documentation discrepancy. We have since corrected the labeling and country-of-origin marking that triggered the hold to meet CBP requirements.

The detained inventory itself remains with CBP as it undergoes their review process. Rather than wait on that specific shipment, we have moved to a new fulfillment model that ships directly from our Canadian warehouse.

2. How We're Shipping Now

All U.S. orders are now being shipped individually and directly from our Canadian warehouse, with duties and tariffs fully covered by InfiShark. There is no additional cost to you.

We are shipping in controlled batches of approximately 200-300 units at a time. This allows us to verify compliance at every step and avoid the kind of bulk hold that caused the original delay.

If you have a pending order, you will receive a tracking number as your batch ships out. We are processing the backlog and working to get every unit out as fast as we can.

We do not have a fixed timeline for clearing the full backlog. All inventory is at our warehouse, packed and ready - we are working through the logistics of getting everything out and will continue shipping in batches as quickly as possible. We will post updates as each batch goes out.

3. Improved RF Performance

Every BLEShark Nano shipping out now includes meaningful improvements to RF performance. We have been refining the hardware, and units going out today are noticeably better than what we were shipping a few months ago.

We will be sharing the full technical details soon. If you are receiving a unit in this wave, you are getting an upgraded device out of the box.
