This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.
Shipping & Delivery Options
For all pre-orders, shipping is handled in two phases:

Freight shipping to our 3PL warehouse

Local delivery from the 3PL to your destination
At checkout, a fixed shipping rate will be charged based on your region. This flat rate includes both the international freight cost and final-mile delivery through our fulfillment partner.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has left our 3PL and is en route to you.
When we transition to direct-to-consumer (D2C) retail in the future, shipping rates will be dynamically calculated based on package weight, shipping method, and destination at the time of checkout.
Pre-Order Processing & Fulfillment
All pre-orders placed through our site are estimated to ship in 1-2 months. However, this timeline is subject to change based on manufacturing schedules, supply chain factors, or logistics constraints.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that the shipping date is an estimate and delays are possible.
Kickstarter orders will be fulfilled before pre-orders. Pre-orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received once Kickstarter fulfillment is complete.
Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or other reliable regional carriers depending on your shipping address.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations, including the U.S., European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For EU and Canada, applicable taxes (VAT/GST/HST) will be calculated and paid at checkout where possible.
- If taxes/duties are not prepaid, you are responsible for any fees upon delivery. Unpaid customs charges may result in delays or non-delivery, and refused shipments may not be eligible for a refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
A package is considered lost if:
- Domestic shipments: No tracking updates for 20 days after shipment, or 14 days after the last tracking update.
- International shipments: No tracking updates for 30 days after shipment, or 14 days after the last tracking update.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 90 days after we shipped your order.
Address Changes
Address updates must be submitted before shipping begins. Once shipped, address changes are not guaranteed. If an incorrect address results in non-delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
Kickstarter Orders
Kickstarter rewards have separate shipping terms. Prepaid shipping was collected at the time of your pledge. Fulfillment updates will be posted on our Kickstarter page and sent via email. Shipping timelines may vary due to manufacturing and logistics constraints.
