Production Boost & Shipping Progress Update

1. 🌍 Production Updates
In the last update, we mentioned exploring outsourcing partners for manufacturing. After reviewing quotes, the pricing turned out to be too high!
Because of this, we’ve chosen to keep manufacturing in-house. That decision means investing in new facilities - touring warehouses and expanding our staff.
Over the past three weeks, we’ve been busy on these fronts! Once we’re moved into the warehouse, our expanded team will focus fully on assembly. Based on our timeline, finishing the remaining Kickstarter units should take 1-2 weeks as soon as production begins.
With this plan, we’re aiming to ship all EU/international Kickstarter orders by mid to late October. We’re working full speed to minimize delays - we don’t like them either!
2. ❓ What About Website Pre-Orders?
Website pre-orders will begin shipping right after we complete all remaining Kickstarter rewards. Our priority is making sure every backer receives their device first, and then immediately moving into pre-order fulfillment.
With the upgraded production capacity now in place, we are targeting late November 2025 for pre-order shipments. This schedule keeps Kickstarter backers first in line while ensuring pre-orders remain fully on track.
3. 📦 Production Capacity
Until now, production has been limited because our small team was balancing assembly with firmware development, community engagement, and more before shipping. Even with these constraints, we were able to produce around 200 devices per week.
With the warehouse secured and dedicated staff focused solely on assembly, our throughput will increase significantly - up to ~1,000 devices per week! This makes sure that the Kickstarter orders and website pre-orders will be fulfilled quickly and that we’ll have a smoother path for future production runs.
