Shipping Progress & Firmware Updates...

We’re excited to share a quick but important update on shipping progress and the latest firmware release! Let's dive in.

1. 🇺🇸 U.S. & 🇨🇦 Canadian Kickstarter Orders

Most Kickstarter orders in the U.S. and Canada have been delivered! A small portion (~10%) of U.S. packages were returned due to carrier issues tied to the removal of the de minimis threshold.

These units will be re-shipped through our new U.S. 3PL partner. If your tracking is stuck on “label created” or “arrived at partner facility”, you’ll receive a new tracking number within the next few weeks.

2. 🌍 EU, UK & RoW Kickstarter Orders

We are in the process of finalizing an outsourcing partner to handle large-scale assembly. Once that’s confirmed, our goal is to have all stock prepared in the near future and shipped through our 3PL partner directly to your address.

3. 🔧 Firmware v0.9 & v0.91 Released

Firmware v0.9 introduced many improvements over v0.8. There are too many to list here - full changelog for this update can be found here.

Firmware v0.91 is now live, featuring:

• Extra Settings Mode now saves correctly
• BLESpam upgrades for iOS devices
• Allow captive portal SSID name change
• Stability fix for long BLESpam sessions
• Multiple small optimizations

Planned for v0.92:

• Changelog screen after each OTA update
• Fix Extra Settings Mode not working after re-entering
• Option to rename IR remotes through Extra Settings Mode
• Fix Pong/Breakout bugs
• Fix Racing Game high score bug
• General readability and quality-of-life improvements

If you would like to receive this update (unstable version) early, please enable beta mode through Extra Settings - we'll be rolling v0.92-beta out first.

4. 📅 What’s Next

• U.S. reshipments: 1-2 weeks

5.❓ What About Website Pre-Orders?

Website pre-orders will ship once all Kickstarter orders are fulfilled. We currently expect this shipment date to be between September and November 2025. Updates will be shared through our blog and by email as we progress.
