November Fulfillment Update: Shipping Progress and Next Steps

We’re getting closer to fulfilling all remaining shipments! Here’s a quick look at what’s been happening over the past month and what’s coming next.

1. 🛒 Website Pre-Order Updates

We know many of you who ordered through our website are eager for news! Website pre-orders will begin shipping right after (and in some cases alongside) the final Kickstarter batches.

Our production ramp-up is now stabilizing, and inventory for website orders is already being prepared. Once Kickstarter fulfillment is complete, we’ll transition straight into website pre-order shipments, with minimal downtime in between!

2. 🌍 International Production

Production for international Kickstarter orders (not website pre-orders) has officially resumed at full speed! The first shipment wave is now being prepared, and tracking numbers will start going out soon via email. 

This initial batch will cover roughly 35% of all international Kickstarter orders, beginning with the EU and UK regions. Once those are sent, we’ll move straight into the remaining international batches without delay.

Our team is working at full capacity to get these units shipped as soon as possible.

3. 🇺🇸 U.S. Kickstarter Returned Shipments

All Kickstarter returned shipments bound for the U.S. and Canada faced unexpected delays at U.S. customs. With the recent De Minimis threshold removal, customs now manually inspects a much higher volume of parcels, significantly slowing clearance times.

Our inbound shipment to the U.S. 3PL was held for nearly three weeks, despite repeated follow-ups. The good news: it finally cleared customs and arrived at the 3PL last week!

New tracking numbers will be sent out shortly once the 3PL finishes processing the packages.

4. 🔧 0.92 Firmware Development

We’re actively developing v0.92 of the BLEShark Nano firmware.

If you already have your device, we’d love your feedback - any feature requests, improvements, or bug reports you’ve noticed while using the Nano.
