Production Stabilized, Warehouse Online, and More...

This update focuses on production throughput, facility migration, and more. Let's dive right in!

1. 📦 Shipping Timelines

We sent some more inventory to our 3PL this week - these are allocated for international Kickstarter orders. These units will begin leaving the warehouse once intake and allocation are fully completed. Production paused during staff onboarding and the warehouse transition, which introduced an small delay.

2. 🛠️ Manufacturing Status

Assembly is active! Staff are trained and online, and throughput is increasing. We are evaluating additional hires to further raise output, but current operations have returned to steady-state.

3. 🏭 Warehouse Migration

The move to the new facility is complete. Workstations, test stations, etc., are operational. The production pipeline has been re-established.

4. 🇺🇸 U.S. Returned Kickstarter Packages

Most U.S. returned Kickstarter packages have been re-delivered! There was a minor bug on our end where the tracking numbers did not go out upon re-shipments, but they have now officially been re-delivered. 

5. ℹ️ Information Updates

We'll aim to post more frequently as inventory continues to move through production and into the 3PL. Expect weekly updates for the next stretch, with each covering new batch transfers and production progress.

6. 🚚 Website Pre-Order Updated Timeline

All pre-orders on our site are now expected to ship by late 2025. As soon as we ship, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We plan to post a blog update in regards to shipping and production soon, so stay tuned!
