Weekly Shipping Update: Batches, Firmware, and New Schedule
This update covers the recent U.S. batch progress, along with the latest international shipment to our 3PL. Let's dive in!
1. 🇺🇸 U.S. Batch
The U.S. batch has physically arrived at our U.S. 3PL warehouse and is currently pending CBP administrative clearance. The shipment is co-signed by our 3PL, meaning no additional transport is required once clearance is completed.
As soon as CBP releases the shipment, fulfillment will begin immediately from the warehouse. We are actively coordinating with CBP to resolve this as quickly as possible.
2. 🌍 International Batch
We have shipped out our international batch to our Canadian 3PL on Jan. 9th. It has now arrived at our 3PL - pick and pack will begin soon. This batch contains:
- 151 black units,
- 534 transparent units, and
- 294 silicone cases.

Some international tracking numbers have already been issued, and additional ones will be generated automatically as fulfillment continues.
3. 🖥️ Firmware Update
v0.92 is releasing very soon! Below are the confirmed and ready updates:
- Wi-Fi Scanner & Analyzer
- BLE Scanner & Analyzer
- BLE name spoofing
- Detection of pwnagotchi and Flipper Zero
- Fix pong/breakout bugs
Beta firmware will release a little earlier than the stable v0.92. Those who wish to test experimental features may enable beta firmware via: Extra Settings → Update Settings → Enable Beta. Please note that it is optional and may include experimental or unstable features.
Once we release the update, the full changelog will be available!
We have some more interesting updates on the way for v0.93 - stay tuned.
4. ⚠️ Important Update Clarification
At this stage of fulfillment, our updates have become largely repetitive: a batch ships, arrives at our 3PL, tracking numbers go out, and deliveries follow. Transparency remains very important to us, however frequent updates that repeat the same information are no longer providing meaningful value for most customers and are increasingly perceived as noise - especially for those still waiting on tracking.
Because of this, we will be scaling back the update cadence. Updates will no longer be issued on a fixed weekly or bi-monthly schedule. Instead, we will post updates only when there is a material change or important information to share, such as:
- A significant fulfillment milestone or exception
- A major firmware release or feature addition
- A delay, issue, or clarification that directly affects customers
- Any critical device, logistics, or compliance information
Tracking numbers will continue to be sent automatically as orders are fulfilled, and fulfillment will proceed as normal in the background. This change is intended to reduce unnecessary noise while ensuring that when we do post an update, it contains information that is relevant and actionable.

Do we get anymore updates? I ordered in November and still nothing.
Am still waiting for an update on my order placed on 17/12/2025 … no confirmation was shared regarding shipping , no news emails received, and all emails sent are getting automatic replies from server.

I ordered my Ble Shark on Dec 6th one of the (i figured) last preorders so im just wondering when the Order 5348 will be sent to the US? Thats not really my number but its close i did that in case anyone tries to say they are me and get my order. George, you know what my order is. Please give me some kind of information would be grateful becuase im so close to go bying another device and i havent even got this magnificent mater piece yet…im itchin to get jiggy with it…lol
Point I kind of feel like you guys are I ordered the device back in July. It is now at the end of January at this point I don’t even want the $40 back because I just want the device at this point. I don’t understand what the hold up is … the customer service isn’t th best every time I reach out it’s the Sam thing next couple of weeks no tracking number no additional details just another couple weeks
