Weekly Shipping Update: Shipping & Production Status

Happy Holidays! This update focuses on current production flow and shipping progress across both U.S. and international orders. Both are actively moving forward. Here’s the latest:

1. 📦 U.S. Batch: Customs Clearance in Progress

Our most recent U.S. batch has arrived at the port and is currently undergoing customs clearance. At this stage:

• The shipment is in the hands of customs authorities and awaiting final release
• We are monitoring the shipment closely

Once the cartons are released and delivered to our U.S.-based 3PL, intake and verification will begin immediately.

Tracking numbers will be issued automatically as parcels are handed off to the carrier!

We expect tracking notifications to go out shortly after the batch is received by the 3PL, and we’ll share another update as soon as that milestone is reached.

2. 🌍 Recent International Batch

We’ve also dispatched a new international batch to our 3PL. This shipment is primarily allocated to:

• Transparent BLEShark Nano units
• Silicone case add-ons

This batch supports ongoing fulfillment for international pre-orders and add-on accessories, helping us maintain steady outbound flow while U.S. fulfillment continues in parallel.

Note: This batch is slightly smaller than usual due to the holiday period and scheduled staff off-days.

3. 🔄 What to Expect Next

Over the coming days, you can expect:

• Confirmation once the U.S. batch clears customs
• Automatic tracking emails as soon as fulfillment begins
