Current Status, New U.S. Batch, What Happens Next...

This update outlines the current status of remaining pre-orders, including recent U.S. batch movement, international fulfillment progress, and next steps across production and shipping.

1. 📦️ Current Status

We want to address the delay affecting a portion of pre-orders, particularly for U.S. customers.

While earlier batches have continued moving through fulfillment, we transitioned remaining units into a revised manufacturing sequence to align with updated production inputs and logistics timing. This change was made to ensure the remaining backlog can be completed and shipped in a consistent, repeatable manner without introducing downstream instability during fulfillment.

2. 🇺🇸 Latest U.S. Batch

A new batch of 600 BLEShark Nanos has been shipped to our U.S. 3PL! They are currently undergoing CBP processing. Based on our previous experience, we estimate that it will clear within 1-2 weeks. Note that this is just an estimate. Once released, these units will enter standard fulfillment and tracking will be issued as they ship. 

Please note: We have allocated this batch for orders ~#2000-3500.

3. 🌍️ International Batch

At this time, all international pre-orders with transparent enclosures have been fulfilled!
The remaining black enclosure units are next - these devices have already been shipped to our 3PL and will begin going out shortly as they are processed through fulfillment.

4. 🤔 What Happens Next for U.S. Customers

• Existing inventory already positioned for fulfillment will continue shipping as it becomes available.
• Remaining pre-orders will ship once the PCBAs arrive and complete final assembly in Canada.

We will continue to provide periodic progress updates tied to concrete production milestones (for example: PCBA completion, arrival in Canada, start of assembly), rather than routine status posts.

5. 💻 Firmware Progress

A major update with significant new capabilities is coming soon. This is one of the most substantial firmware releases we’ve worked on, introducing features that significantly expand what the device can do. We’re working on it now and are very excited to share the details soon.

6. 📄 A Note to Those Still Waiting 

We recognize that some customers have been waiting significantly longer than expected, and we understand the frustration this causes.
