Weekly Shipping Update: Pre-Order Batches and More

Happy holidays! A recent U.S. pre-order batch is going out now and Kickstarter fulfilment is effectively complete. Let's dive in:

1. 📦 U.S. Pre-Order Batch

A dedicated pre-order batch for U.S. customers is currently being shipped to our U.S.-based 3PL.

• Tracking numbers are issued only after the cartons are received by the 3PL, individual orders are picked and packed (typically quickly), and parcels are handed off to the carrier.
• U.S. orders will ship via USPS.

This batch does not include all U.S. pre-orders. We have instructed our 3PL to fulfill orders in chronological order, from the earliest pre-orders forward. If you placed your order very recently, it may be included in the next batches.

We'll continue to share updates as each U.S. batch progresses.

2. 🚚 Final Kickstarter Shipping Status

All Kickstarter inventory has been shipped and processed.

• All Kickstarter orders have been fulfilled
• ~30 remaining orders are pending final outbound processing
• These remaining parcels are queued and will be dispatched by our 3PL shortly

For all shipped orders, tracking numbers have already been issued automatically.

Delivery timing:
Once a tracking number is issued, final delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on region and carrier.

3. 🇪🇺 EU Deauthentication Functionality (Important)

We've received many recent inquiries regarding deauthentication functionality on EU units.

Due to updated EU cybersecurity requirements under the Radio Equipment Directive, (August 1st, 2025, Articles 3.3(d), (e), and (f)) we are legally prohibited from shipping devices in the EU that include features considered to "interfere with networks".

Deauthentication attacks fall under this category. As a result:

• EU firmware ships with deauth functionality disabled
• This restriction cannot be removed or modified by us
• This applies to all EU-distributed units for compliance reasons
