Weekly Shipping Update: All Kickstarter Orders Shipped To 3PL!

We’re happy to share a major fulfillment milestone: all remaining Kickstarter orders have now been shipped in cartons to our 3PL. Note that this does not mean that all individual tracking numbers have been issued yet. Let's dive in!

1. 🛒 Website Pre-Orders

Website pre-orders are expected to begin shipping soon! With international Kickstarter fulfillment now in progress, website order fulfillment is next. 

At our current throughput of approximately 140 devices per day, we expect slightly over half of website pre-orders to ship by the end of December. Holiday schedules may cause minor delays, and orders will likely be fulfilled starting with the earliest pre-orders.

2. 🚚 Shipping Update

We're here! All remaining Kickstarter inventory has been sent to our 3PL in final outbound cartons:

At this stage, only the cartons have shipped. Once these cartons arrive, our 3PL must:

• Receive and check in the cartons
• Pick and pack each individual order
• Print shipping labels
• Hand parcels off to the carrier

Tracking numbers are issued only after this process is completed.

Most EU & UK Kickstarter backers should already have tracking numbers, and some UK backers have already received their devices. A portion of UK tracking numbers were previously stuck at "label created" due to a carrier-side system delay; this issue has now been resolved. If you have not received a tracking number yet, you can expect to receive it soon. 

Please note that reaching out for a tracking number before it is issued will not accelerate fulfillment. Tracking numbers are generated automatically once your parcel is picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier, and you will receive it as soon as that step is completed.

Once a tracking number is issued, average delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on region and carrier.

3. 🕛 Timelines

We have fully shipped (tracking numbers issued) for approx. 1,500 out of 2,000 backers. With the latest carton shipment, the remaining should be fulfilled.

Recent EU and UK shipments primarily included Black and Transparent units. The special edition colors (Purple, White, and Blue) were not picked and packed in that earlier batch. These colors are included in the latest cartons currently outbound to our 3PL. Once received, the 3PL will immediately pick, pack, and ship those orders.

With international Kickstarter fulfillment now in its final stages and the latest cartons outbound to our 3PL, website pre-order fulfillment is next and will begin shortly.
