Weekly Shipment Update - International Kickstarter Shipping Begins!

We have shipped more devices to our 3PL and production throughput is increasing as our team has now stabilized the assembly and testing workflow. Here is this week’s update:

1. 📦 Recent Batch

Production output for this cycle was approximately 600 fully tested units, along with ~300 silicone cases. These units are packaged and assigned exclusively to our international Kickstarter backer pool.

Our process moving forward is simple: one outbound batch per week. Each week we build -> test -> package -> photo-document -> dispatch to our 3PL.

Once this batch arrives at the warehouse, orders associated with this tranche will be released immediately upon 3PL intake.

If you are located in the United Kingdom and backed our project on Kickstarter, your order may already be on its way! We have initiated UK dispatches through our 3PL, and a portion of UK backers have already received tracking information. Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a shipping confirmation.

2. 💻 Firmware Updates

Firmware v0.92 is still in development! Core features are implemented, and a beta build will be released shortly for anyone who wants early access prior to stable deployment.

3. 🏠 Shipping Address Changes

If you are part of the international Kickstarter batch and need to confirm or update your shipping address, this is the final window! Once this week’s pallet is handed off to our 3PL, addresses will be locked. Please send us a private message if you need to verify or modify anything.

4. 🚚 Website Pre-Order Timeline

As noted in the previous update, the pre-order timeline has shifted. We currently estimate pre-order shipments to begin by the end of 2025. Our internal target is to have these out around Christmas, but this depends on 3PL throughput and final production cadence. We will provide precise dates as we get closer.
