Fulfillment Update: Orders Continue Moving Out
We wanted to post a short fulfillment update with some stats; we aim to avoid repeating the same general status again.
We have shipped over 1,100 orders for U.S. backlog since our previous updates, and we are continuing to reduce the remaining fulfillment queue.
As mentioned in our previous updates, inventory is on hand, U.S. fulfillment has moved to direct fulfillment from Canada, and remaining orders are being released in controlled batches. That model is still in place.
The current focus is on clearing the remaining queue and resolving orders that need manual handling before shipment. Some orders move through normally; others require correction or review.
If your order is still pending, it has not been forgotten. Units exist, shipments are moving, and we are continuing to work through the queue.
An email will be sent out to all pending customers to confirm the shipping address. If you have moved, this is the most important thing you can do to avoid further routing issues.
We know that for anyone still waiting, the only update that really matters is receiving tracking. Fulfillment remains the priority, and we will continue posting updates when there is material movement rather than repeating the same general message with different wording.
