v1.0.7 Changelog
UI/UX hotfix and Bad-BT keyboard layout fix.
Firmware v1.0.7 is a hotfix that resolves a long-press exit issue which could bounce you back into the screen you just left, and corrects AZERTY keyboard handling in Bad-BT.
This release fixes long-press exit handling so leaving a screen no longer drops you straight back into it, and corrects AZERTY character output and AltGr support in Bad-BT scripts.
TL;DR
v1.0.7 fixes a long-press exit bug that could return you to the screen you were leaving, and corrects AZERTY period, underscore, and AltGr handling in Bad-BT.
For most customers, the important part is simple: holding Select to exit now works cleanly, and Bad-BT scripts run correctly on AZERTY targets.
Existing settings, paired Nanos, saved Wi-Fi networks, captures, portal data, IR remotes, and user files remain preserved across OTA.
Exit Handling
Holding Select to leave a screen now exits cleanly. Previously the menu could flash for an instant and drop you straight back into the screen you were trying to leave, most noticeably when exiting the IR remote rename screen and the captive portal.
A short cooldown is now applied after a long-press exit, so the button press that triggered the exit is no longer carried over into the menu and can no longer re-open the screen.
Bad-BT Keyboard Layout
AZERTY layouts now type the period and underscore characters correctly, and AltGr key combinations are supported.
Scripts that rely on these characters now run as written on AZERTY targets.
Compatibility
Existing settings, paired Nanos, saved Wi-Fi networks, captures, portal data, IR remotes, and user files are preserved across OTA.
Stable release builds are available for US, EU, UK, CA, and ROW.
